matan had the honour today of taking a mat from Port Kor up to Master Ah`Kaga’s chambers. It was a present from Mistress Sha`mar to his Mistress and the Master and is of a most beautiful design of crossed swords which will look splendid hanging on the Master’s wall.

A slave girl called aislin that the Master Ah`Kaga knows visited and served him in a most splendid way that matan should take note of because his own serves are still rather perfunctionary and need to be more pleasing to the Free of the Inn. This is something that matan must develop to be a better kajirus and more worthy of his Mistress as he is well aware that it is now quite some time since he has been permittted to serve his Her.
